레귤러스 차트 Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the 레귤러스 차트 (Regulus Chart) app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Eyeregulus (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

The Application runs entirely offline. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no network communication with the Service Provider or any third party.

Information that you enter into the Application — such as a client’s name, birth date, birth time, and birth city — is stored only in the Application’s private storage on your device (a local file). This information is used solely on your device to calculate and display natal and transit astrology charts. It is never uploaded, backed up to the Service Provider, or made available to anyone else.

The Application does not access your device’s location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, phone number, or advertising identifiers. The birth city is selected from a fixed list built into the Application; it is not obtained from GPS or any location service.

Third Party Access

No third-party services that collect or process user data are included in the Application. Astronomical calculations are performed on-device using bundled Swiss Ephemeris data files; this involves no network access and no data sharing.

Because the Application collects no data, the Service Provider has nothing to disclose to third parties, and nothing to provide in response to a legal request, other than what may already be public.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all local data storage by deleting individual entries within the Application, or by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

Any data you enter remains on your device until you delete the corresponding entry inside the Application or uninstall the Application. The Service Provider does not retain, and cannot access, any of this data. If you have questions about data handling, you can contact the Service Provider at eyeregulus@gmail.com.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. As the Application collects no information at all, no such information is transmitted to or held by the Service Provider. Security

Because no data leaves your device, the confidentiality of the information you enter depends on the security of your device. The Service Provider recommends that you protect your device with a screen lock or equivalent measure. The Service Provider provides procedural safeguards for any information it processes; in the case of this Application, it processes none.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. If a future version of the Application introduces any data collection (for example analytics or advertising), this policy will be updated to describe it before that version is released. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
